02 / How the menu works Not a dish list — a planning system

The menu isn't a list of dishes.
It's a planning system.

For a 200-worker camp, we don't serve "biryani" — we serve biryani on day 1, curry-rice on day 2, daal-roti on day 3, karahi on day 4, pulao on day 5, vegetable-rice on day 6, and haleem on day 7. The whole rotation balances cost, calorie density, palate variety and prep complexity.

That's why the categories above are starting points, not menus. The real menu is the one we design for your specific operation.

Questions about the menu itself.

Are all menu items 100% halal?

Yes. Every item across every menu category is sourced from halal-certified suppliers. We don't run a non-halal kitchen at all — no separation needed because there's no non-halal food.

Can menu items be customised by spice level?

Yes. Our default is medium spice (suited to South Asian and Arab palates). Mild and extra-spicy variants are available — confirm at onboarding.

Do you offer vegetarian options?

Every menu category has vegetarian options. For strictly vegetarian workforces we run a separate prep line. For mixed workforces we plate vegetarian and non-vegetarian on the same rotation, with clearly labelled boxes.

How often does the menu rotate?

We design 7-day or 14-day rotations. Most clients use the 14-day for less repetition. Seasonal items (mango lassi in summer, sheer khurma in Ramadan) layer on top.

Can I see a full menu document before signing?

Yes. Send your headcount, workforce composition and budget and we'll send a customised menu document within 24 hours.

What about regional or nationality-specific dishes?

We can build menus around specific workforce nationalities — Filipino (adobo, lechon kawali, sinigang), Bangladeshi (machher jhol, daal-bhat), Ethiopian (injera-based), etc. Talk to our menu team.
