Boxed iftar is efficient. But some occasions need a hot buffet — a community tent at a mosque, a corporate iftar evening, a wedding scheduled during Ramadan. The food has to sit hot on the table for an hour, be replenished in real time, and feed 200 to 2,000 people in a single sitting.
100 guests. Below that, boxed iftar is more practical and cost-effective.
We provide the food setup. Tables, chairs and tents are typically organised by the venue. We can recommend partners.
Most buffet setups are in the adjacent community tent. Hot serving inside the prayer hall is generally not permitted.
For last 10 nights and weekend dates, book by December. Weekday buffets in the first 20 nights can usually be confirmed in January.
