Both options are available. Most clients take the full three-meal contract (breakfast 5:30am, lunch 12pm, dinner 7pm). Some take only lunch + dinner.
At onboarding we capture worker nationality mix and run a 7-day taste-test menu. We adjust the rotation based on plate-return rate (we measure this).
Two options: (1) Bulk insulated containers — your camp serves food onto plates, lower cost. (2) Individually packaged meal boxes — for camps without their own serving setup.
Yes — all municipality licences and HACCP-aligned protocols are available for buyer audit. Many of our larger clients send their own QA inspector to our kitchen during the first month.
Every batch is sample-retained for 72 hours. If a sickness is reported, the sample is laboratory-tested and root-caused within 48 hours.
Yes. During Ramadan our camp contracts switch automatically: pre-dawn suhoor delivery (by 4am), no lunch, sunset iftar delivery.
